Privacy
Privacy Policy
OPRealm is designed for young creators, so privacy and child safety are treated as core parts of the product.
This is a starter policy for launch preparation. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before paid public launch, especially because OPRealm is intended for children and teens.

Children's Privacy
OPRealm is built for children and teens, but parent or guardian involvement is required. Students should not share passwords, addresses, phone numbers, school names, social handles, or private contact details inside OPRealm.
Where required by law, OPRealm will seek appropriate parent or guardian consent before collecting personal information from children.
AI Tool Data
Students may use Creator Credits to generate ideas, images, storyboards, sprite sheets, sounds, music, songs, or other creative assets. Prompts must be child-appropriate and must not include personal information. AI activity may be logged for safety, support, abuse prevention, and cost tracking.
Sharing Information
We do not sell student personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate OPRealm, such as hosting, payments, analytics, email, community moderation, AI generation, and learning platforms.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, safety gating, private moderation logs, and secure hosting. No online service can guarantee complete security, so students are taught to keep personal information private.
Parent Rights
Parents or guardians may contact OPRealm to ask about student information, request corrections, request deletion where appropriate, or raise privacy concerns.
