Refund Policy
We want parents to feel confident trying OPRealm while keeping membership access fair and sustainable.
14-Day Starter Guarantee
For eligible first-time purchases, parents may request a refund within 14 days if OPRealm is not the right fit for their child.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime from the account area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless required by law or covered by the 14-day starter guarantee.
Elite Creator Intensive
Elite Creator Intensive seats are limited and cohort-based. Refund or transfer eligibility may depend on timing, seat availability, and whether live sessions or materials have already started. Specific cohort terms may be provided at checkout.
Creator Credits
Creator Credits are internal usage credits for AI tools. Used credits are generally not refundable once an AI generation has successfully completed. Failed generations should not deduct credits where the OPRealm system can detect the failure.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@oprealm.com with the parent email used to purchase, the student display name, the membership tier, and a short explanation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take several business days to show the funds.
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
