Terms
Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using OPRealm creation paths, community features, and AI creation tools.
This is a starter terms page for launch preparation and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before paid public launch.
Using OPRealm
OPRealm provides online learning, creation paths, AI tools, certificates, and community access for young creators. Parent or guardian involvement is required for students under the age of majority in their location.
Safety Comes First
Students must complete the required safety awareness foundation before accessing broader community areas or AI tools. OPRealm may restrict, suspend, or remove access where safety rules are broken.
Student Behaviour
- Be kind, respectful, and age-appropriate.
- Do not bully, harass, threaten, or shame other members.
- Do not ask for DMs, friend requests, social handles, phone numbers, school names, passwords, or private contact details.
- Do not share unsafe links, scams, free Robux claims, or inappropriate content.
- Keep projects, prompts, comments, and uploads suitable for children and teens.
AI Tools
AI tools are provided to support creativity and learning. Students must use AI responsibly and may not use it to create unsafe, hateful, sexual, violent, bullying, private-information, or rule-bypassing content. AI outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before sharing or publishing.
Creator Credits
Creator Credits are internal OPRealm usage credits for AI tools. They are not cash, cannot be transferred outside OPRealm, and may expire or reset depending on membership tier. Tool costs may change as provider costs and features change.
Payments and Memberships
Paid memberships may renew monthly unless cancelled. Elite Creator Intensive is a cohort-based offer with separate scheduling and availability. Pricing, inclusions, and availability may change for future customers.
Projects and Content
Students keep ownership of their original project ideas and creations where allowed by the tools and platforms they use. OPRealm may display student work in approved showcases only where appropriate permission is provided.
Third-Party Platforms
OPRealm may teach creation for platforms such as Roblox, Minecraft, Discord, browsers, or other tools. Those platforms have their own terms, accounts, safety settings, and requirements. OPRealm is not owned by or officially affiliated with those platforms unless clearly stated.
